I'm watching the local news. There've been crime sprees lately where robbers are breaking in to certain establishments and stealing autos. What kind of establishment, do you ask? Auto repair shops.

Umm...

If you're going to steal a car, are you SURE you want to steal one that's in the shop? Wouldn't you maybe want a car that will actually run?
