My fellow people of Discedo! I have good news, news that many of you may already know!

THE FISH, THAT HAVE HAUNTED OUR COMRADES FOR SO LONG, HAVE LEFT! We are free one less plague onto our daily life. And what's more! The erratic behavior that seemed to have followed these invisible fish has left as well! Feel free to run out into the street and hug your fellow citizens, for they are no longer crazy!
Now I have no proof that my idea helped, but I would like to believe my efforts aided their departure just a bit!
[He smiles more as he looks back into the camera, his eyebrows now, however, arched, a look of serious determination adding itself to his smile]
We cannot yet rest, however. There is still EVIL AFOOT. We must do everything we can to help keep this city safe! I would like, all those of you who have contacted me before on the issue of the invisible fish, to contact me once more. I think it is time we truly organized, so that we may spread justice! As one, we may not be much. But together!

And those who feel they want to aid us, please, let me know! Justice needs as much faithful service as it can get!

For where there is decay, there is hope. And where this is hope, there is love, and faith, and where faith exists, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL! With the Heavens as my witness, I will not stop, until faith is restored into every heart! Until justice....[He continues to rant, as the video feed remains put, catching his heart, filled with justice, as he pours it out to the world]
