Missing the lack of work

Jul 11, 2005 15:58

Either way, it has been a long, long time since I have last updated. Don’t ask me to state the specific amount of days/hours/minutes/seconds because I am far too lazy.

So, anyway, here is what has been going down on the Wink-Side lately.

Our car, my main mode of transportation, is temporarily out of service. This means that for the time being I have to shift everything I do around to accommodate for lack of speedy transportation. I even rode my bike to work today. I thought it was going to be worse than it was, but it wasn’t bad at all. I ended up getting there like 15ish minutes early. I clocked in 10 minutes early and my boss made me clock out 10 minutes early to compensate. She didn’t want me going over four hours.

I miss being a lazy, good-for-nothing, freeloading slacker.

Oh yes, and I thank God that our car is under warranty.

So, I’ve been playing some more videogames lately. Rented a copy of “Destroy All Humans.” It is a very funny and enjoyable game. It actually features the voices of one of my favorite voice actors, Richard Steven Horvitz. You all may recognize him as Billy and Billy's father, Harold on "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy," Zim on “Invader Zim,” and my personal favorite, Daggett Doofus Beaver from “The Angry Beavers.” You can go here to see his complete credits.

That reminds me.. I really miss “The Angry Beavers.” It was one of, if not the single greatest television show ever… Definitely one of my favorite shows.

Either way, I’m bored of this, so I’m going to play some “Destroy All Humans.”
