So, post holiday travel and jet lag recovery, apparently my sleep schedule is settling to something like collapsing at 8-9 PM and waking up at 4-5 AM.
I mean... that's a hell of a lot more convenient than the "up all night, sleep all day" norm I've been stuck with forever. But it's weird. Feeling tired at 8 PM seems so bizarre.
Still, it is better to be conscious when the rest of my hemisphere is, so I guess I'll just go with it for as long as it lasts.
This morning I made brownies! :D
