So guess what... Lost 7 lbs in one week!

No binging for a WEEK!!! Not only that but I found that after removing the foods that trigger a binge for me from our house it is easier for me to control myself when I feel like binging. The other day I was so stressed and wanted to binge, after looking thru our cubbards 4 or 5 times I just gave up and drank a glass of tea. I have actually lost 7lbs in the last week because I stared eating smaller portions instead of binging and purging... I guess it is true, you cant get up everything you eat... hence.. the gainging weight.

I feel so much better, so much energy, and alot happier and not so afraid of food.. can you believe it? A whole week!!!
