According to the scale yesterday, I have lost four pounds. I think maybe some was water weight and some toxins that have been flushed out with the mass increase in the amount of water I've been drinking. Ate about 500 yesterday, burned off about 600. Maybe I'm really truely just losing. So far today had my nonfat caramel macchiato from Starbucks. Planning on a Cliff bar (250) and some tortilla chips (140). That should be it though. Still have to go to work, so a bunch will get burned off.

I just want to be seen.
