The fireworks in Jerseyville were AWESOME!  The wee ones loved it, you've never seen eyes that big on a kid outside of anime.  Definitely worth feeding dozens of mosquitoes to experience that.  Apparently, ghost pale persons still taste good even when wearing noxious anti-bug chemicals... stupid Irish ancestors.  Why couldn't we be Italian ( Read more... )

Got the pictures done! It was hell getting out of the house with BOTH kids looking good at the same time, but we managed it after a good two hours of Murphy's Law fiddling about with our juju, but we arrived intact and in fairly good moods.
