The wood crackled as the fire still burned into the chilly night, giving off a soft glow into the room, only giving enough light for the two before the fire to bask in its warmth. Two young women laid up against plush pillows, cuddled closely together for warmth. Kendappa was happily using Souma’s ample bosom as a wonderful pillow as she nestled closer to Souma’s body. Souma shifted the blanket a bit to better cover both of them, since it was the only barrier between their nude bodies and the cold of the night.
Souma gently smiled down at the sleeping face of the woman she swore to serve and protect, feeling her heart flutter with anew warmth with being able to share a tender moment with Kendappa. In fact the night began with the court musician invited the warrior for a hot spiced drink by the fire, which soon became more then simple drinks and conversation, and soon became a post blissful snuggle by the fire. Such loving moment were few and rare these days, so each were cherished.
For now, they shared a peaceful and happy life, but who knows what the future will bring for these two secret lovers.
