Video killed the radio star
And work killed my workout. For most of this week. Save Tuesday when I tried to run and almost ended up killing myself. My big doctor's appointment is tomorrow, hopefully that will move us light years ahead in the "fixing myself" spectrum. Hopefully we'll get in good workouts this weekend and before next week's travels.
