Took yesterday off, just wasn't feeling it. Things like that are fine when you've done 4 legit workouts already during the week and your off night was 3 hours of standing alternating with light dancing. Walked a total of 6 miles today--4 miles today for the workout, another 2 miles round trip to dinner and back. With that much walking I feel no guilt about my "junk" meal: tomato bisque to start, 1/2 lb angus burger with cheddar cheese and bacon (no bun) and hand cut french fries. I didn't get my ice cream though, I guess that'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Favorite soldier has reported himself safely home, so I can stop worrying about that now.
