i weighed in today and i was still at 169 i knew i wasn't going to lose anything because i didn't eat/exercise enough this week. i am actually just glad i didn't gain.
STARTING WEIGHT: 180
LAST WEEKS WEIGHT: 169
CURRENT WEIGHT: 169

no clue how many calories
DINNER: 3 tacos with turkey meat, some nachos, ice cream cake
once again no clue how many calories
i just had a bad day all day today! :(
