I'm lazy and random.

Mar 23, 2007 12:37

I haven't updated in awhile, and seeing as how I am being incredibly lazy, now is the time!

I just got done videotaping my lighting project to make a digital portfolio. Actually, Kyle wants me to, but I would have preferred to change some things before I did. Oh well. Marc came to the school and helped me with it but we only had time to run it once. And of course I had to mess it ALL up and run cues on fly. I figure that if it just doesn't turn out well I can always rehang, recircuit, and just do it over again.

Videotaping light is difficult. You never get the same color saturation or feeling as actually being there and in the moment. That is why a lot of the pictures taken for Bent were not to my liking. The colors just don't pop as much as they did. I really miss that show. I loved working with all of the designers and the SM, the director was amazing, and the whole collaborative process was just the best I have ever had. Everyone was just on the same page.

Not really for Earnest. *sigh*
We are trying, we are. Earnest just isn't the most exciting play in the world to do... at least not this version. And now there are a couple possibliites / situations that I might not even be designing it at all. Cah-razy. I am really on the fence with all of these situations / possibilities (yeah, I switched the order, it's important to do that). I don't want to really go into them though, because this post would end up being a whole lot of back in forth mental war-age. My mind is just not that interesting. Trust me on this one.

- I just got scared by Anthony and Nathan sneaking up on me in the computer lab. I was bitten. Jerks. :p-

I think that now is the time to stop being lazy, walk up "The Wall" to get my car, go eat tasty Busara leftovers, most likely be lazy again, and then go and be a 5 year old all night. :)

Well... not too late. I have to be in Redmond by 9:00 am so I can work a swift at Borders.

Damn myself and my inability to say 'no!'

Seriously!! I don't want to work a 9 - 6 shift at Borders! They really don't need me that bad! I have to leave by 7 am !!

So not worth it.

Well it is good money... but I really hate coffee and the job changes so much that I am going to be a novice for a good couple of hours. That and all of the new employees will think I'm new and give me shit when really I trained their boss! !

Okay, now I'm frustrated and stressed again. Thanks a lot live-journal.

At least now I will have a good walk to my car to get back into a calmer state of mind.

No use worrying now I suppose.
