And now for something completely disgusting........
Okay, so I can deal with the occasional sneeze, cough, or burp in the face, or the ocassional peeing in the pants, but today just topped it for me. I have the wonderful experience of recess duty every day for lunch recess. Actually, I usually don't mind it because I can always use the fresh air. Today, I get outside, and I see all these kids circling around the new, double blue slide. You know it's not good when kids swarm together like bees. So I get over there to find out that some little shit (no pun inteded) has smeared poop all the way down one of the slides; probably during morning recess, since it appeared to be pretty much dry. So I radio to my boss, and tell him about it. His response? "Keep the kids off the slide." Wait, you mean, they shouldn't slide down a poop-infested slide? Holy crap (haha, no pun intended again), I had no idea. I then got to stand there the whole recess and direct kids away from using the slide; the wind was blowing in just the right direction so I had a nice whiff every five seconds or so.......
Apart from that, my day was pretty normal.
