I feel like crap :-(
Well, it's 4:00 a.m. Here and I feel like my head is about to explode.
Coupled with a nose full of concrete,a throat full of glass a pretty high temp and achy, shivery rest of me, I'm thinking I might be sick!
I've been fighting a cold off all weekend from when I had nasty headache on friday. Yesterday I had to keep clearing nastiness from my throat.
I think maybe I ran on adrenaline yesterday as I was so determined to go to the show. Now I am relaxed and BAM it's hit me.
It may well be swine flu because we are currently experiencing a 'second wave' right now. I kind of hope it is cos then at least I can go into winter knowing I've had it.
I will get onto the swineflu website later to check out my symptoms and see if I need tamiflu.
Until then I am going to keep warm and try to sleep as much as I can. I may not see my dressage diva horse today and that makes me feel very guilty after his efforts yesterday :-(
