"you're full of shit"
i'm so sick of food. the food here isn't even bad(ok, some of it), but i just get nauseous when i think about it. I used to love subs and would want subway everyday and stuff and now i'm like..grossed out by subs, except quiznos maybe. but the sub place here is good now..they just re-did it and you can get your subs toasted and all that good stuff...but idk, i just get grossed out by thinking about it. on friday i got a sandwich and ate half of it and it was really good and the other half is in my fridge now, but just thinking about it makes me want to throw up so i think i'm gonna throw it away. ew.
so i have another bone to pick with albany. the health center. friday i thought i was going to die..i felt like shit. and i wanted to go to the health center around 5, but it closes at 4:30, duh. don't get sick after 4:30 on weekdays. ok, so saturday. (friday we had a firedrill from 3am-4am which i'll get into later..so i slept lateish) saturday, we get brunch, go back to the room for a little bit, and decide to go to the health center. got there at 2:45, it closes @ 2:30 on saturday. and don't bother going sunday because it's completely closed on sundays. obviously. so today i went after class to ensure i'd be able to get in blahblah. i'm not even as sick anymore. so, we get in and they call you into a room and ask you questions like they do at a normal doctor, take you temperature and blood pressure. they asked me if i wanted a strep throat test, but it's $10 extra because yea, i'm sure it costs that much when we're paying to go to school here. so i skipped that, and after the other stuff they tell you to sit down bc they'll call you up again in a few minutes. so they call you up and try to make an appointment with you for the next day...i don't understand...they didn't even tell me if i had a fever...what the hell is this appointment for? i'm quite confused. so then in scheduling an appointment she said we have 10am and 2:30....so i have class @ 10am and a class that ends @ 2:30..so i said i would take the 2:30 and she told me to arrive 15 minutes early. so i said i have a class until 2:30(actually 2:35), but he usually lets us out early. and she goes "Well, just try to get here 15 minutes before otherwise you'll miss your appointment and they won't wait for you" which basically makes it a 2:15 appointment and i'm sorry that the health center is only open until 4:30 and you only have 2 appointments open when i have class. it's so ridiculous. so, today i left without even knowing if i have a fever or not. and that's basically it.
and i have to schedule classes at 3pm today and my schedule next semester isn't going to be nearly as good as this one.
