Indeed, that is the only reason you would ever give this worthless human fuckass the time of day. Success where you've failed, but you doubt it was his own handiwork (though if it is your begrudging respect for this pink alien monkey will increase tenfold). You watch him build his fort because you are a slight creeper, not entirely sure how to approach a human - part-human - even if your interest in his partially mechanical body is high. You've never encountered a human, at least not in your original universe. Not only that, but you're also full of the atributes of an angry awkward loser, though you'd never admit it.

You want to help him build, maybe strike up a conversation that way, but instead settle for staring from afar. Well, sort of afar. You're close enough to study him, trying not to appear interested and just standing around because you have nothing better to do. Still, you could easily succeed in making him uncomfortable. Maybe you should write him a note saying

HEY FUCKASS I LIKE YOUR EYE.
AND YOUR ARM.

and slide it on top of a cinderblock where he'd have to see it before stacking another on top of it.

This would be a pushing of your comfort zone, even reaching out like that, but it's one you're most comfortable with. Of course, you also remember how well the last note you wrote worked, so maybe that's not such a good idea. In the end all you end up doing is making it really obvious to whoever's around you are interested in this douchebag and failing pretty horribly (although you are trying!) at hiding said interest.
