let's not forget about all the things we forget.  forget that and we don't even realize that all those new fangle concepts are really just recycled old ones.  the only hope i have to gain new knowledge is to try to remember that i commonly forget things... it's at least a baby step right?

lately i've been feeling these pains in my chest.  and kind of tightness of breath.  lots of head swimming kinda confusion and a short temper.  i've been sick so i haven't really been too aware of it but lately because i've been getting better it's becoming more and more apparent.
