Questions...
Who created the air that fills our lungs each day? Breath in, breath out...over and over each day, almost without thought, our lives continue because there is a God who loves us and created this world exactly to the specifications needed to sustain human life.
If you're thinking at this moment "Oh there goes Heather again, talking about that God guy, yeah right," answer me this...
Are you happy with where you're at? I'm not talking about like that girl you have a crush on smiled at you today so you're kinda thrilled...I mean when you sit back and look at your life, the good and the bad, does it mean anything to you? What is the point? To go to college, get a career, make money, buy a house, buy things to fill it and then die? If there is no more then that, kill me now because I don't want things.
Another question for you...what is it that turns you off about God? Is it that if you admit He's real then you have to also admit that the Bible is true which means there are actual black and white moral truths that God tells us to follow? Is it that if there's really a God you know you can't live a selfish life anymore? Is it that some science teacher told you that evolution makes God irrelevant? There is more scientific evidence that speaks for God then for any other theory of evolution, the big-bang, etc and if you don't believe me just read.
If you are really as intellectual as you think you are, if you are really seeking the truth, if you are still at search for that thing your heart is yearning for...all I ask is that you open your mind and look. You don't have to agree with me, but before you say I'm wrong at the very least look into it for yourself. At the very least don't let it be your laziness that keeps you from having an actual argument that defends what you believe. Because, what if? What if there's something more? What if this life is not the end? What if you died tomorrow?

Look, I love you guys and if I'm being completely delusional please tell me. Show me the evidence that I'm giving up my life for something that's not real. Otherwise I will continue to pour out my heart to you guys. If you had the cure to every single type of cancer that existed would you keep silent??
That's how I feel. I read your posts and I see the hurt, I see the anxiety, the depression that once was mine. I see the tears and I cry because I used to be there, but now something has changed. I have been set free. I still have troubles that come against me, but I no longer have to fall into fear and worry because I have the assurance of my God, this being that came to earth as a man and died to set me free from all the chains this world puts around us...simply because he loves me. And he loves you to.
Finally, I have the absolute joy and peace that comes with the freedom that this man Jesus gave us and I want you to have it to.
If you don't quite understand something in all that I've written or would just like some clarification let me know.
