i took a step class at the gym today and whoa. it was good, but i seriously lack some coordination. the instructor was doing some mambo stuff or whatnot and i was totally off! tina fell off the stepper and the cool down involved intense push ups. it was a looooooooong and fast hour ... at the same time. good stuff. there are some rad classes ( Read more... )

i have a birthday party to go to over the weekend. i came up with the idea, so john and i are going as cosmo and wanda from the fairly oddparents. heh. it's easy and should be funny. we just need to get a timmy turner and glue him on a stick or something. personally i have to go and find a yellow shirt to wear, and yellow plastic earrings.
