Of COURSE, since I came to Georgia, that's when Claire went into labor! I am sad to have missed attending the birth, however I am SO SO EXCITED to report that Helia is here! 7 lbs., 11 oz., and healthy! Last night, I had dinner with my friend Claire, who is expecting a baby girl in April! It was nice to hang out with her for FUN instead of for something assignment-related! We ate at Sweet Melissa (YUM; QUICHE), and of course had dessert!

I accomplished taking my indoor "gypsy" photographs. Did that on Saturday, but then rain happened, and I was unable to do my next "character," a circus sideshow-type "freak." So today when I had kind-of decided to get my very own travel hula hoop (with NO tote bag or extras), I went to purchase it from the Hoopnotica website and noted the shipping is astronomical, $20!!
