“So you’re sure about this?”
Lizzie looked over at where Kevin was sitting next to her, leaning back against the railing of the balcony and giving him a grin. They hadn’t really been alone like this before, and they both knew what was going to happen if they stayed there. She had said on the way in that she was fine with where this was going, and that she was sure, but she liked that he was double checking. It was proving that she was making the right decision.
“Yes,” she sighed softly, pulling him closer. Her hands came to rest on his shoulders, while his hands landed on her hips. “I’m sure. How many times do I have to say it?”
Kevin paused for a moment, making a face as though he was really thinking about it. “Give me about two more really convincing ones, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be sold.”
Lizzie smirked up at him for a moment, before leaning in, tightening her arms around his neck and brushing a kiss to his lips that was soft, but not soft enough that anyone could mistake her intention. She held the kiss for a moment, before pulling back and looking up at him expectantly.
“How’s that working for you?”
“That’s working quite well, actually,” he murmured, turning her around so that she was facing the door to the room, and leaning in to kiss her softly.
She sighed, leaning in to the kiss and keeping close, letting him guide her in the right direction. They moved with each other rather easily, and soon enough she was resting under him on the bed and he was sliding his hand over her. His hand slipped under the edge of her shirt, and he paused again, breaking the kiss and taking a breath before looking up at her again.
“Okay, I gotta hear it again. Are you sure?”
“Kevin,” she said softly, giving him a bit of a look. “It’s almost like you’ve never taken anyone’s virginity before.”
He gave her a bit of a look at that one, before brushing kisses along her shoulders. “I just want to make sure that this is what you really want. That you don’t want to wait more.”
“Kev,” she said softly, placing a hand on his face to get him to look at her. “This is what I want. I’m sure.”
Kevin looked at her for a moment, before nodding. “Okay.” He paused then leaned in to kiss her again, this time deepening the kiss and pulling her in closer, letting his body relax against hers and instinct take over.

When it was over, she curled up on her side closer to him, draping an arm across his chest. He kissed the top of her head, pulling her in closer. “How’re you feeling?”
“Good,” she nodded. “Very-comfy.”
“Good,” he sighed, rubbing her back lightly. “Any-second thoughts?”
She shifted slightly so that she was looking up at him. “Kevin.”
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry! I can’t help it!”
She sighed heavily, pushing herself up so that she was leaning over him and looking him in the eye. “Are you going to ask me this every time we have sex?”
Kevin paused, faking consideration for a moment. “Yes.” She smacked him on the shoulder and he laughed. “No, of course not. That would be annoying. I just-I want to make sure it was good for you.”
“It was,” she said softly, before leaning in to kiss him again. “In fact, I want you to do it again.”
“Oh really?” he said, starting to shift them so that he was pulling her closer. “This time, I think we should try something a little different.”
“Yeah?” she asked, her curiosity betraying itself in her voice.
“Yeah,” he nodded, before pulling her in for a closer kiss. “Trust me?”
“Of course I do,” she nodded, letting her body settle against his as he directed.
“Good.”
