Johari Window
I've just discovered the Johari window and thought I'd give it a try. The idea is simple. I choose five or six adjectives to describe myself out of a list of 55. Then other people do the same, and all of the adjectives chosen are placed in a table according to whether they were chosen by me, by someone else, or by both. Put simply, it's a way of comparing and contrasting how I see myself and how others see me.
