It seems that I'm slipping away from writing in here again, probably because I don't have much to write about.
I re-read my last entry and it's driving me CRAZY that i spelled 'hour' as 'our'. DRIVING ME MAD.
so *hour.
i feel better.
my placement at DC is going well, the one at Burger is over. (sounds like berrger, but spelled like burger). The Burger one went well, i got a little present from the teacher which i thought was just so cute. Apple shaped note paper... too cute...
Today at DC I had to talk to the class about interviewing and colleges and such... I took up the whole hour talking and answering the kid questions. It was crazy. I talked, they listened, and then we had a conversation. It was like I was a teacher or something.
I loved it :)
It made my heart smile. I'm so happy I'm in the right field.
I've concluded that I miss being around real people. I would really enjoy doing stuff with people who aren't in high school or grade school... or working in a high school/grade school.
I miss being able to have real conversations with real people. I don't even get to talk to bobby or his family or my family anymore. I'm usually too tired to uphold any kind of intellectual conversation.
It sucks.
