This one was pretty easy for me. Naomi easily stands out as the funniest character in the second gen - and that includes Panda Pops. Her story lines were fantastic, she was a well developed character, her relationship with Emily was the main thing keeping me watching, and to top it all off, Lily Loveless is stunning and an amazing actress.
