Technical Meltdown
Why is everything fucking up on me this week?!?!?
This morning, I plugged my iPod into my external speakers at home... to listen to some tunes while I got ready... like I do every morning. And nothing... the iPod is blank. There's no music... nothing... zip... zilch! ARRGH!
So, I take it into my work computer, since my home computer is dead... and my computer tells me that it can't read the iPod. I need to restore it to factory settings.... which I do.
Now, I have to load ALL my music from my external drive to my work computer so I can upload them to my iPod so I'll have music to listen to while traveling this weekend.
Are you fucking kidding me?! Why can't my iPod just hold all the music I've already put on it?!? What is wrong with technology this week?!?
ALSO... my fucking cable box is fucking up. All the double digit channels are not working... luckily I watch NBC, CBS, FOX and ABC on the hi-def channels in the 200s... but MTV, Bravo, etc. are not working. ARRGH! The cable coming into my bedroom-which has no cable box-is fine. So, I'm taping "Project Runway" on my VCR in there. This is such a struggle!
I called Comcast and they are sending someone out next week...
What else can go wrong?!? I'm going to end up in a car accident or plane crash or something.... JESUS CHRIST!
