After today's yoga class I came to a sad conclusion that I need to strengthen my overall body muscles. The weather is weird today. Probably change of temperatures or somathing. Woke up with a headache and feeling terrible and general. By the time I got to work my throat was sore, as if I had cold. Spent the whole day consuming hot liquids. My coworkers felt the same.
