[Downtown in Raitou this afternoon and evening, there is a sizeable group of people in blue in front of a fairly large screen set to view a soccer game. [So. You might know, or have seen Alejandro Roa around before - the foreign exchange student is hard to miss. Today, however, with him is a boy you might not have seen before, holding his hand and completely in his personal space, half-dragging him around.]
