What few ladies and gentlemen may read this might be disappointed at the news. It means that, potentially, I might have the content of my blogs reduced even further, or they may fall silent. This is only a possibility at the moment, but I'm not going to promise that I'll have any time left for LJ.
Because, after a full decade of consideration, I am creating an EVE Online account (which is also called Alketaire, for those curious). For now, I'm only playing the free trial along with a few RL friends so that we can be the classiest of noobs together, but you never know. Like I said, I started to consider playing EVE after I ran across it (around the same time I made my first LJ, oddly enough), and found it positively entrancing. Seeing what they've done with the game over the years, knowing the player-driven political system and being familiar with how gorram awesome CCP is as a business has built quite the potential for me to get involved long-term.
So cast your eyes skyward if you wonder why I haven't done a post in over a month.
