I've started doing a little 15-minute workout every other day to fill out the exercise I don't get at work, which is a lot of lifting and stretching and - don't tell Mike - a little bit of climbing. So the workout is just a little bit of core strength stuff, leg lifts, pushups. Easy little things. Then, if I've got an hour to spare, I'll stretch my legs and have a go-round on the bike (which, happily, no longer causes
massive asthma attacks).
