(no subject)
Joe and I just returned from a week in Nags Head. It was pretty cool. His Mum got a condo down there but then she got sick and couldn't go, so we went for her instead as she could not get her $$$ back. So, I got to expereince the Outer Banks. We actually stayed in Duck, a cute little town. Too bad the temp did not get above 55 all week. And the heated pool was not heated. Oh well. Joe's mum is recovered, incidentally.
On the way home we stopped in Elizabeth City, NC and I LOVED that town. Like, to the point that if we ever live in the USA permanently, it'll be there! It's just a nice, quiet little river town.
I will be at home in 2 weeks, getting my visa for camp. Hopefully...the visa people keep sending me all my paper work with my name spelled wrong. Then not returning my calls/emails when I ask them if it matters that all my documentation has my name spelled differently than on my passport. Silly Campleaders. Hopefully they'll call tomorrow and tell me what to do!
