Prepaid Cell Help
Dear Americans,
In a couple of months I'll be landing on your shores. When I arrive I'd like to get a cell phone, but don't want to sign a contract. Please educate me on your world of prepaid! Here you just buy a little sim card, pop it in your phone and away you go, just top it up when the money runs out. I know it's not the same there and I'm searching google but it's just confusing me!!!!!!! Joe is of absolutely no help at all - he hates cell phones!
And what's this business of having to PAY to RECEIVE calls? Is that for real?
