Things I didn't really care for:
Sherlock's bumbling efforts to surprise John - jesus christ he does not get it. I expected this however.
Mary not supporting John's mustache, nor taking his side during the big argument - WTF MARY
Sherlock's fucking ego
Mary's taking Sherlock's side, and her "liking him" made me angry - why does she like him? Stupid. Where's Sarah when you need her?
He didn't actually *kiss* Molly, it was fantasy *sadface* and he and Moriarty didn't actually kiss *double sadface*
Sherlock has Lestrade's name wrong - seriously? Are you trying to be a dick or you just are one?
Ugh, Mary why are YOU being such a dick? John needs your support right now, and you're all suggestive and stuff. If John says he's not gay, someone SOMEONE needs to take him at face value.
Sherlock and Mycroft being nasty about Mrs Hudson - that is just SO WRONG
John not wearing scrubs or some sort of coat in his doctor's office - casual wear, what?
Lame that John ceases to be interested in his valuable work just because of Sherlock - because taking care of people's illnesses is inherently boring and vile?
THE FURTHER MANIPULATION OF JOHN'S EMOTIONS. TERRIBLE, INEXCUSABLE AND I NO LONGER RESPECT JOHN. I mean, how much further can you take a joke in a life or death situation? With someone who you know suffers from PTSD? Bad form, writers.
BEST: the editing, certain framing, the artistry of the cinematography and coloring is superb and is currently my favorite thing. Benedict did nothing for me in this ep. Still, a very entertaining show.
