Hsin Yeow's thoughts: 三喜临门 (Three Happy Occasions)
There is a Mandarin idiom called 双喜临门 (literally translated as Double Happiness At The Door), which describes a situation when there are two happy occasions occurring at the same time.
At Kim San and Moon's wedding, a more appropriate idiom would be 三喜临门 (three happy occasions), since two of their guests (Adeon and Kai Seng) were celebrating their birthdays, and another couple (Katherine and Jeffrey) was marking their tenth year wedding anniversary!
Kim San and Moon felt very keenly that their wedding celebration should not focus on themselves alone, so they asked me to dedicate songs to Adeon, Kai Seng, Katherine and Jeffrey.
It was a splendid idea! I got everyone to sing the birthday song to Adeon and Kai Seng, while I dedicated Two Less Lonely People In The World to Katherine and Jeffrey.
As I was singing the song, I saw Jeffrey whipping out a bouquet of flowers and presenting it to Katherine, who could not hide the look of blissful surprise on her face!

I also invited Shu Hua, the bride's elder sister to perform with me. Her voice was excellent, and her delivery of the two Teresa Teng numbers received loud applause from the appreciative audience.
