Before Hui Ling met Francis, they were "at peace with the possibility of staying single". That silly notion was banished the moment they set eyes on each other. There was instant chemistry, which grew to an attraction so strong that both accepted each other's quirks.
According to Hui Ling, Francis compares prices of groceries when making purchases, even if the difference was minuscule. In Francis' eyes, Hui Ling is a soft-hearted girl who is easily swayed by salespeople into buying things they may not really need.
Here's a nugget about Hui Ling I found very sweet. In Francis' own words, "I also like the way Hui Ling greets stray cats whenever they are any around. I find that she looks cute this way."
Performing at Hui Ling and Francis' wedding was an absolute joy. Bevlyn and I loved the songs they picked, and the reaction we got from their guests was superb. Applause followed after almost every song, and we were stopped by at least three tables of guests who gave us positive feedback as we were making our way out of the ballroom.
Congratulations Hui Ling and Francis! Thank you for engaging us for your wedding! May your days together be filled with joy and laughter!

When we were waiting outside the ballroom for the first march-in, the bridesmaids came & told us how good the singing & music were. It was really encouraging to see such excitement among the bridesmaids, & subsequently, many others who attended the wedding banquet. We are indeed honoured to have You & Bevlyn spending the night with us, not forgetting the talented keyboardist!
As there were last minute hiccups prior to the dinner, we missed the chance of communicating our dinner plans with you in person. However, your role as an emcee had far exceeded our expectation! You knew what to do or say at the right time. This has really helped in easing our burden.
