LJ frustration

When I go to my friends' LJ blogs, and I click on "leave a comment" or equivalent, the comments entry page has the same look as their blog. When I do that on my blog, even when I'm signed out, I get this plain, white LJ interface that doesn't look like my blog at all. What's the dilly-o?

(Edit:) I'm gonna change to a paid account in a few days, after I close my website.
