jump with them all and move it, jump back and forth and feel like you were there yourself.

So i've really been into the Olympics these past few days, and here are some of my observations:

1. I wonder who set up the seating arrangements for the World Leaders at the Opening Ceremonies... because when Vladmir Putin is sitting two seats away from George W. Bush, and one away from Laura Bush... it's apparent that either sinister forces were at work, or someone is just really that stupid.

2.  Judges, a little tip... if there is an error or a flaw, then you CANNOT give them a perfect score .  A perfect score means that the routine was flawless and perfect.  Its true the other way around... if there is no flaw or imperfection, then you cannot deduct points.  Lets not be biased now or anything.  (The Chinese diving duo got a few perfect scores on some dives that had flaws that even I noticed).

3. China... 12 year old girls who look like they're 10 years old do not pass off as being 16.  You have been a wonderful host country, and this has been a great Olympics thus far, but that does not give you the right to bend the rules.  Your female gymnasts are all 10... or possibly 12... except that one who could pass as 16, but not 20 like she claims.  (I very much understand that there are people who look way younger than they actually are, but 4 of their 5 gymnasts?  I find it a little hard to believe that all of them have this same problem.)

4. Michael Phelps is a-mazing, and i hope he gets the gold in all of his races.  The man is crazy awesome.

5. That swimming relay race yesterday?  FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC.  The article i linked there... says it all.

6. I suspect some bias in the judging in Diving and Gymnastics... the US Womens Gymnastics coach suspects it too.

7. Nastia Liukin is one of the coolest names.

8.  I really really hope that Dara Torres wins a Gold medal.

9.  Mom and I have determined that Bikinis are for Beach Volleyball what Speedos are for Swimming.

10. Soccer is super interesting, and i really wish it was popular in the US.  And we really should call it Football, and we should call our "Football" something else... i mean, you have to admit that our Football doesn't have as much foot and ball contact as Soccer does.

11.Jonathan Horton is incredible.  I dont know how the guys scores have been in the mid 15s instead of 16s.
