So, I'm sitting in my study, which is upstairs now, when I notice the window cleaner's ladder plonk onto the window sill. I thought it would be a lark to make the window cleaner jump as he climbed the steps, so I waited until his head popped up and then shouted 'boo' to him.

I think he may have found it funny if he hadn't wobbled in shock and nearly fallen off his ladders.

I'm clearing a paper mountain on my desk, and have to relieve the boredom somehow ;-)
