I've discovered my writing Achilles heel.
The one thing that slows me down or stops me from developing the story any further.
It's not a complicated plot point or characterisation issues.
It's not even editing or spell-checking.
Making a bunch of characters walk across a room stops me dead in the water. Every time. (I checked. It really does.)
Come to think of it, that's pretty sad.
Also gotta laugh at myself for how my brain works. I saw the new Pirates movie, enjoyed it thoroughly despite its stupid ending, and yet found myself going meta and thinking, "So that's why Jack wanted Sora's Keyblade so much!"
Yay crossovers.
