HP & DH... NO SPOILERS HERE

I loved it. I will not say more about the content, as everyone else will, and after a time, it gets redundant on the flist.

Instead: working the party was fantastic. I never got spoiled, thank G-d! The people were fun, and patient for the most part. I helped with the Potter Bee, the trivia contest, the Great Snape Debate, and putting out the books. PUSHING THE CART OF BOOKS OUT WAS LIKE BEING A ROCK STAR.

Best overheard moment in the loo: "God, I feel like such a dork. We should've dressed in costume. Why didn't we dress in costume?"

I have the best friends and family in the world. Thanks, guys, for all your help. Brother and former sister-in-law doing the fortunetelling? Very popular. Great costumes.

My peeps were the entire prize patrol: J, B, N, M, & other J, you got rid of all that swag. Amazing.

Other sister doing facepainting; spectacular. We were all over, helping out for free, and I hope that love translated into fun for the customers, because it sure did for me.

Best costumes: Professor Sprout, Hagrid, Bertie Botts Beans, the scariest Voldie in the world travelling through town with his henchmen DE, Mike as Moody, J & B as students.

Having people over to read may have slowed me down, but it was totally worth it. Thanks for coming over!

Reading the book reminded me that I want people to start thinking about our ship. We need to keep it afloat after DH! There will be the first ever official Walking the Plank challenge starting soon. No time limits, no word count... and I'll post the community link when it's time. I know you can't wait, so feel free to start jotting down ideas. Canon is the rudder, but Snarry is the wind in our sails!
