Attraction
What attracts a person to another?
I have kinda been swept away in this question for the past couple of days. Over vacation I was dicussing with bobby over sushi how boys and girls view beauty differently...like sometimes a girl will think another girl is pretty but a guy will think the opposite. Personaly I don't get, why doesnt everyone think the same person pretty. I mean this could be explained in "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" but yet there is common ground sometimes. I mean guys and girls would never argue that the tira banks is ugly...everyone knows she is gorgeous. I dont think i will ever understand this...because its coming to the point where it makes sense in another way.
If everyone was attracted to the same person...there would be so many people out that with no one to love. So I guess its a good thing that everyone finds a certain characteristic in the opposite sex appealing. Everyone needs someone to love ;)
So I guess it comes down to chemistry thou when relationships sprout. You could be attracted to someone and want to have a relationship with them however as we all know, not every relationship works out. So what is chemistry? What ignites a relationship...what attracts you to the opposite sex.~ Thats my question, what do you find appealing in a partner (even thou i hate that word i will use it ;)
For me its someone intelegent, caring, funny, altheltic, strong, independent, outgoing and can tolerate me :) lol I mean I could go on for days about things i like in people but those are the most important, its kinda funny becasue some of those characteristics i feel i lack so i look for someone to balance me out.
