Which all looks pretty reasonable to me. What I do know is that the systolic is significantly lower than that measured at my docs. White coat syndrome FTL.

Saturday was a non-day as I was utterly exhausted with the running around down to London and to the hospital up here as well as the usuals it all seemed to just suddenly catch up with me. Felt like it was a waste of a day, but one of those things I suppose. Not only that but if it was something that normally gives me pain it hurt &ndash left knee, medial ligament in right knee, right hip, both sides of my lower back, neck, and certain bits in my pelvic region. Tried not to take painkillers but failed, so I suppose that added to the lethargy. Sunday wasn't too bad and I did get to a meeting to run through what I'll be doing in the nature reserve in the event I'm running next Sunday. Got to keep it together until then after that I can fall apart again.

Today, managed to get some housework done and got out for a short walk, although my GPSr would have me believe that it was 424miles. Must have forgotten to reset it before leaving the house.

Popped into Sainsbury's on the way home looking for inspiration for dinner, found none, but as well as soya 'milk' picked up a punnet of strawberries that were marked down to 49p. 500g of strawbs for so little would have been churlish not to have bought them. They were supposedly on special offer at 99p instead of £1.99 so I might have been tempted anyway. Used the self-service checkouts as usual as I can usually manage to get through one of those quicker than the normal ones. It was on the way home that something nagged at me as the total was a bit lower than I expected. On checking the receipt I found that they'd actually paid me 51p to take the strawberries away. They'd reduced them originally to 99p by doing a £1 refund. so scan at 49p and still get £1 refund. Ooops. Not complaining though, or maybe I should?

I can just imagine the look of puzzlement if I went to Customer Services to complain I was undercharged for them.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, morning is an appointment with my counsellor, and then it is leg it to Barnton to the dentist. Where I shall beat the dentist around the head with a blunt instrument. He has after all been telling me, for two and a half years, that there is nothing wrong with one of my teeth, yet the filling fell out the other day and the back of it was all black and gunky.
