I saw a giant wasp this morning. This thing was fucking huge (the body alone was about and inch and a half long) and quite fat (for a wasp). I thought maybe it was a hornet, because I had the idea that hornets were huge, but I've looked up hornets and they're fairly small and a slightly different colour, so I can only think this was just an enormous wasp.

It was scary.
