Echos of frustration (haha, get it??)
Ok, so remember last week when I said I was writing a story for the Echo? Well, I did write it and sent it in early. Over a week later, my story has finally appeared in the paper today. When I opened up the paper to the Features section, I found my story. However, it's tucked into a corner right next to an article with a HUGE picture of one of the professors I interviewed for the story. So, not only was my story shoved aside, but it also looks like I copied the BIG story next to it and interviewed the same professor. Rar. While I'm excited that my story has finally been published, I'm also very bummed about how it was published. Oh well, I grabbed extra copies in case anyone wants to see my story. I'm also writing another one for Monday, so hopefully this one will have a better spot in the Feature section.
And that is my frustrated story for the day.
