I just had an awesome workout session at the gym. 1/2 hour of weight machines and a 1/2 hour of some good, hard cardio. I'd like some good hard cardio at home, but my 'machine' is 3000 miles away... hehe. Sorry, I'll stop being a dirty girl :x
