Hey, it's been a while! How is everybody? Let's do the whole bullet-point thing:
-I spent the first week after graduation at a vacation house with my dad, B1, and a couple of family friends. The week consisted mainly of playing Monopoly, watching movies, reading by the pool, cooking, and teaching my 8-year-old cousin-in-everything-but-blood the art of the knock-knock joke. I also discovered that teaching an adorable 8-year-old girl to do the bro hug is officially one of the Funniest Things Ever.
-And then I jetted off to Washington D.C. with another family friend so I could hang out with her 12-year-old daughter while she (the mom) was in a conference. We hit up a bunch of the memorials and museums I didn't get a chance to see the last time I was in D.C. I didn't think she (the daughter) and I would have much to talk about, but it turned out she's totally into Star Trek and has a huge crush on Steve McQueen, so common ground was definitely found.
-It took two days, but I moved all of my stuff out of my apartment in College Town. MY ROOM IS SO MESSY NOW OH GOD WHY. It's going to take a loooong time to create any sort of semblance of sanity.
-Why did I sign up for three different fandoms at crack_van all at the same time? How did I not realize that would result in reccing for three months in a row?
-Supernatural Supernatural Supernatural. Supernatural.
-Next Friday my family and I leave for Yellowstone. I'm kind of ready to just collapse, but I also love Yellowstone with all my heart and soul, so. This will be Yellowstone Trip #4 for me. Sha-bam.
