[ No surprise that the green-clad guild leader was checking out his favorite town, Dol Dona, ahead of the crowd. A large smile is stuck on his face as he investigates everything, emanating excitement. He really liked the Dol Dona @Home, so he's hoping soon Canard will be able to upgrade.
Oh, yes! You see, I'm actually familiar with The World, before being stuck here like everyone else. In my own world, it was a massive multiplayer online game; an MMO RPG. You played it on a computer or a mobile headset with a character you created.

Ehhh? Could it be you haven't played it in a while? There was a huge server crash or something that obliterated all of the data a good few years ago, so now it's The World R:2. Everything's revised, with new classes and items and towns.

Or wait, I remember! It was a fire. There was a fire in the C.C.Corp building, and most of the data for The World was lost. It was back in early 2015. The World R:2 came out on Christmas of the same year.
There was a bit of the basics, I think-- the framework of The World. So I guess they used that to create R:2.
