It is lovely and rainy and the sky is that beautiful luminous pre-dawn grey.
I have a cup of Breakfast Tea. I have a book of number puzzles to play with. I don't have to be at work at all today. Having chosen to be at work, I don't need to get there until 10 and I can choose whether I drive or take the train and bus option, which is looking good right now.
All in all, despite not sleeping well (Oh, Stewie, why is your metabolism so irritating to share?) and having the snuffle of all snuffles, I am feeling happy and chilled and relaxed.
I need to buy biscuits for the kids today. If I am going to torment them by making them be in school in half term, I may as well give them sweet fattening foods as well.
