Thursday Afternoon, Christmas Shopping
Ah, it has gotten to the stage where my friends think I am avoiding them. I am having to field many concerned questions, such as 'Are you alive?' and 'Have you moved?' and the upsettingly frequent 'Has the body question stopped being hypothetical???'
Never fear. I am alive. I am still (sometimes) in my house. The only bodies you need to help me hide are the growing pile of cockroaches.
But still I am not believed, and it came down to explanation time with Benjy last week.
Unfortunately my explanation skills are lacking, and so it was more along the lines of, "Well, you see, sometimes I have people days, where I am social and attentive and get very little work done. And at other times I have people-free days, where I sleep a lot and go on the internet and get very little work done. I am consistent like that. And also? Those people-free days? They can sometimes last for months."
I am fine with this, except recently I have come back in contact with ebay and realise that it is time for me to get back in contact with the world.
In other news, New Boss is New, and awesome. Skiing is painful. Kyaking does, in fact, qualify you to be a pirate. And I am increasingly contemplating the awesome that is Canberra.

I have been listening to Alphabeat, because they are AWESOME. This is the very first song of theirs I ever heard, and you should hear it too.
