Holy and Beautiful
Inspired by a book I'm reading (and bored by the slowness of the day), I came up with this short poem to express me feelings for God as my Lover.
Jesus
How sweet thy sound
Like honey on my tounge
Your name melts in my mouth
Like a white knight
Upon his noble steed
Romance me, O Lord
Surround me with love everlasting
The scent of roses
humpback in the sky
Tender reminders
The Creator is thinking of me
