Dad found a cat dead in our backyard this morning. It seemed to be in perfect health, apart from the fact that it was dead. We kept the registration thing and rung the council to see if we could get a contact number for the family, since I'm sure they'd appreciate being able to bury their cat, or at least knowing it's dead. Aww, that's really sad. I think it's sweet of you to keep the registration thing though, just so it can be remembered.
Wow, a quill set! Cool... What does a quill actually look like? Like, a feather type thing...?
Unfotunately, YouTube vids and dial-up don't go so well together. =( Ah well. If I remember, I'll watch it next time I'm at Dad's work computer.

Yeah, like a feather. =D This one's like a more modern take on it, cos it's got like, fountain pen nibs. Original quills are just like, the feather stem thing (lol yay terminology =D) is cut into a nib shape, but they tend to splotch ink all over the place and are generally quite hard to write with.

Aw. It really is special.

Yeah, I mean, it could've had a heart attack, I dunno. But there was nothing physically wrong with it. It looked pretty healthy and everything. Good fur and stuff.
